Coat of arms

On the feast of the baptism of Our Lord, January 13 2007, in St Mary's Abbey, Lagrasse, two young men donned the white robes of the Canons Regular of the Mother of God. They received the vestments from the hands of Mgr Emmanuel, the new Abbot of Lagrasse.
He emphasised the link between the baptism of Our Lord and the religious life, which perfects the baptismal incorporation of the Christian.

The two new brothers received the names:

Brother Charles-Marie of the Trinity (in honour of Father Charles de Foucauld)

and

Brother Paul-Marie of the Incarnation (in honour of the apostle of the nations).

They thus join the novitiate and prepare themselves for the vows
which around 30 Canons already live daily in Lagrasse.
